At Suriano Homes, we remain open – but with some precautions for everyone’s safety:
Social Distancing / Virtual Appointments
We’re limiting the number of people in our model home at any time, and we are practicing social distancing. Please don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hand. We’d like to, but we are observing the recommended guidelines during this crisis.
To avoid waiting during high-traffic times, we recommend making an appointment.
We also offer phone appointments and virtual tours using FaceTime or Zoom.
Masks
Our staff members wear face coverings, and we ask that you do the same.
Extra Cleaning
Of course, our model home has always been cleaned and sanitized regularly. During this pandemic, we have added extra cleaning each day.
